Digital banking access
REMINDER: We will never ask you for your signature key on this screen.

If you have forgotten your password signature key reminder.

If it is the first time you are accessing your new digital banking
  • You will receive a text message/e-mail with your new password
  • To log in, just enter your ID (National Identity Card, Passport, etc.) and your new password on this screen

New signature key required to proceed

To be able to operate you will need a signature key (6 digits).
You can create it the first time you log into digital banking or later on by going to "Services > Request signature key".
You will receive the signature key by text message. For security reasons we recommend you change it. To do so, go to “Services > Change Signature Key”.

We will never ask you for personal and confidential passwords by phone, email or fax, and we will never ask you to perform test online banking transactions.
